Return Policy

All products sold at Tricubes.com  will have a 7 days return policy!

Returned product must be in its original condition and not abused. Buyer must inform us at store@Tricubes.com    within the 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product before returning the product.

Tricubes.com   will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to Tricubes.com  Malaysia address at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipment back to Tricubes.com , thus is advice to use insured registered shipping. Buyer must ship and return the product to Tricubes.com  within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation. 

Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Tricubes.com  error, a restocking fee of 15% + Shipping Cost may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and unopened software still in its/their sealed package, and on software that has not been downloaded if the software is delivered electronically.
