Mohd Yaacob Othman

Mohd Yaacob Othman, aged 50, holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University, USA and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Finance) from Indiana State University, USA.

Yaacob has nineteen (19) years of career experience in the information technology industry holding various senior positions in several multinational companies. He has thirteen years (13) years of work experience with NCR Malaysia where his last held position was as Financial Controller for the South East Asia area. Thereafter he joined Unisys (Malaysia) as a Finance Director and his last position was as Finance Director for South Asia region. Prior to joining Tricubes, he served as Chief Financial Officer for LogicaCMG Sdn Bhd overseeing the Asia region.

Ahmad Azhar Kamarulzaman
Chief Technology Officer / Manager - IAS

Ahmad Azhar as Bin Kamarulzaman, aged 43, graduated with a Summa Cum Laude in Electrical Engineering. He began his career in 1987 as a Test Engineer with Thomson Components-Mostek. Corporation and progressed within the SGS-Thomson Group when it went though a merger with SGS of Italy, now known as STMicroelectronics.Ê He held positions as Testing Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer and Planning Systems Manager before joining Tricubes in 2000.

Azhar as head of the Professional Services Division for Tricubes, is responsible for managing new solutions and software products to complement Tricubes,products. His team is responsible in engaging R&D to ensure that the software products are competitive and meet both customers and industry requirements. His teams reponsibility is also to manage internal and external projects and pre-sales support to internal sales team and partners. He also plays a significant role in defining the strategic technology to be adopted by the company to remain competitive in the targetted industry.

Syed Najib Albar
Executive Director Ð Commercial

Syed Najib graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Arizona State University. He also holds a Law Degree, LLb (Hons) from the University of Buckingham. He is on the board of two other subsidiaries of Tricubes Berhad; Tricubes Computers (Sabah) Sdn Bhd and Tricubes Suria Sdn Bhd (a JV company with Suria Capital Berhad). He began his career in an advertising company, Backer Spielvogel & Bates as an Accounts Executive. In 1999, he became Vice President of Sales and Marketing overlooking group sales at ISM Technologies. Next in 2002, he was offered a position to assist the Chief Executive of Tricubes as a Consultant to formulate sales strategies for the public sector before he was appointed as the Executive Director for TricubesNCR JV Sdn Bhd. He is currently heading the Sales Team to look after government-linked companies and commercial sectors.

Lt. Kol(B) Dr Abdul Razak Abdullah
Executive Director Ð Public Sector

Kol. Abdul Razak, aged 57, currently held a position as Executive Director-Public Sector; responsible for marketing Tricubes product to the Government sector. He has been with Tricubes since 2005. He graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy from All Saints American University in year 2002.

Kol. Abdul Razak has an extensive experience and achievement in the infantry services of the Royal Armed Forces. Commissioned to the Royal Malaysian Ranger Regiment in 1970 as a Platoon Commander; successful in achieving the highest position in an infantry battalion, the Commanding Officer of the 1st Battalion, Royal Malaysian Ranger Regiment. He was then positioned as Logistic Staff Officer 2 at the 4th Infantry Division HQ. He also served as Staff Officer 2 Administration to the Ministry of Defence and a Lecturer for military strategy at the Armed Forces Staff Courses.

He has served as a Special Advisor to the United Nations,Secretary General for Combodia in 1994-1995. In the private sector, Kol Abdul Razak had the responsibility to plan, coordinate and enforce the policy of health and safety as well as the security and environmental aspects with Putrajaya Development Projects during his tenure as Sr. Manager HSSE Department in Putrajaya Holdings.

From 2002 onwards, he act as a Safety Trainer, commissioned by Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) involved in conducting safety induction courses throughout the country. He is also currently holding the post of President of Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health Professional Association (MOSHPA). The association is responsible to promote safety and health awareness amongst the Malaysian, especially at work places in all sectors.

Khairul Shahrin Khalid
Manager - Corporate Services

Khairul is a recent recruit to Tricubes and he brings with him a wealth of experience in the ICT industry. He started his career in 1996 with MDeC and was one of the pioneer staff involved in the formation of the MSC lead agency. Whilst with MDeC, Khairul was instrumental in the setting up of MSC Trustgate Sdn Bhd, a licensed digital Certification Authority and eSecurity Solutions provider, where he was its Sales Manager.

In 2001, Khairul joined KPMG as a Manager in its Information Risk Management practice. He was involved in providing audit and advisory services in the areas of IT audits and reviews, IT Security, Business Continuity Planning, Public Key Infrastructure and Business Process Outsourcing. Subsequently, Khairul joined Symphony House Berhad as a Business Development Manager. At Symphony, Khairul set-up a joint venture company, Symphony BCSIS Sdn Bhd, to provide outsourced cheque processing services to banks in Malaysia and was made its General Manager in 2004. In 2006, he was reabsorbed into head office as Head of Business Development.

Khairul joined Tricubes at the tail end of 2006, with the task of spearheading several key outsourcing bids being undertaken. His role has since been expanded and is now Tricubes,Commercial Manager.

Amir Yusdi Mansor
Manager - PMO

Amir has managed and participated in projects for both private and public sector organizations and possesses very strong background in ICT project management, consultancy, and systems infrastructure. He has over 12 years of working experience in various sectors and industries that include government enforcement agencies, financial and insurance, oil and gas, internet dotcom, as well as network and systems integration.

Prior to joining Tricubes Berhad, he had completed a consultancy engagement to plan and develop an IT Security Policy, Standard, Procedure and Guideline, which is part of the IT Strategic Plan for one of the main Government Agency with the intention to improve its service to the Malaysian public. In another project, as a Managing Consultant, he was responsible to provide technology consultancy services for the IT Strategic Plan Program Management Office for a leading Takaful operator in Malaysia.

On the more technical side, he also has the experience in leading a network operation team to support the national oil and gas enterprise infrastructure. Amir began his career as a System Engineer in a local system integrator, Renong Infosoft Sdn Bhd. He received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Computer Engineering) from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with Cum Laude distinction in the 1995.

S. Vishnu Shankar
Manager - Software Development & EMS

Vishnu has been with Tricubes since November 2001. Currently holding the position of Software Development Leader, his role and responsibilities includes requirement analysis, solutions, designing and programming.

An excellent background with Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Master of Computer Application and a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.Net, Vishnu has vast knowledge and experience in mobile applications and interactive voice response system (computer telephone interface).

With strong working experience in C++, VC++ 6.0, MFC, COM, EVC++ 3.0 and 4.0, MS Visual C#.NET, Vishnu and his team will drive Tricubes into more aggressive software products and solutions in the near future.
