Mohd Yaacob Othman
Chief Operating Officer
Mohd Yaacob Othman, aged 52, was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Tricubes and responsible for the direction and operation activities for the Tricubes Group. Mohd Yaacob holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University, USA and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Finance) from Indiana State University, USA.
He joined NCR (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for thirteen years where his last held position was Financial Controller for the South East Asia area. Previously, he served as Finance Director at Unisys (Malaysia) and was subsequently assigned as Finance Director for Asia South region. Prior to joining Tricubes, he served as a Chief Financial Officer for LogicaCMG Sdn Bhd overseeing the Asia region.
His working experience encompasses financial management, management accounting, corporate planning and business strategy.He currently sits on the Board of several subsidiary companies in the Tricubes Group.
Ahmad Azhar Kamarulzaman
Chief Technology Officer
Ahmad Azhar Bin Kamarulzaman, 45, obtained his Degree with a Summa Cum Laude in Electrical Engineering.
He joined Thomson Components-Mostek Corporation in 1987 as a Test Engineer and progressed within the SGS-Thomson Group when it went through a merger with SGS of Italy, now known as STMicroelectronics. He has held several key positions namely Testing Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer and Planning Systems Manager prior to joining Tricubes in 2000.
He was assigned to lead the Design Engineering division responsible to design and manage new solutions and software products to complement Tricubes’ products. In addition, he also accountable to oversee internal and external projects as well to support pre-sales team and partners.
He currently sits on the Board of several subsidiary companies in the Tricubes Group.
Syed Najib Albar
Executive Director - TricubesNCR JV Sdn Bhd
Syed Najib Albar is the Executive Director – TricubesNCR JV Sdn Bhd. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Arizona State University and a Law Degree, LLb (Hons) from the University of Buckingham.
He started his career in an advertising company, Backer Spielvogel & Bates as an Accounts Executive. A year later he joined Time Engineering Berhad as Personnel Officer before setting up his own consultancy company and managed to close some government projects.
Before assuming his current position, he was offered to lead a sales group at ISM Technologies as their Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
In 2002, Syed Najib joined Tricubes; a position to assist the Chief Executive of Tricubes as a Consultant to formulate sales strategies for the public sector and was subsequently transferred and appointed as the Executive Director for TricubesNCR JV Sdn Bhd.
He currently sits on the Board of several subsidiary companies in the Tricubes Group.
S. Vishnu Shankar
Head of Software Engineering
Vishnu has been with Tricubes since November 2001. Currently holding a position as the Head of Software Engineering, his role and responsibilities includes requirement analysis, solutions, designing and programming.
An excellent background with Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Master of Computer Application, Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.Net, Vishnu has a vast knowledge and experience in mobile applications, mobile middleware and interactive voice response system (computer telephone interface).
With Strong working experience in C++, VC++ 6.0, MFC, COM, EVC++ 3.0 and 4.0, MS Visual C#.NET, Vishnu and his team will drive Tricubes into more aggressive software product and solutions in near future.
Khairul Shahrin Khalid
Head of Sales Public Sector
He started his career in 1996 with MDeC and was one of the pioneer staff involved in the formation of the MSC lead agency. Whilst with MDeC, Khairul was instrumental in the setting up of MSC Trustgate Sdn Bhd, a licensed digital Certification Authority and eSecurity Solutions provider, where he was its Sales Manager.
In 2001, Khairul joined KPMG as a Manager in its Information Risk Management practice. He was involved in providing audit and advisory services in the areas of IT audits and reviews, IT Security, Business Continuity Planning, Public Key Infrastructure and Business Process Outsourcing. Subsequently, Khairul joined Symphony House Berhad as a Business Development Manager. At Symphony, Khairul set-up a BPO company, Symphony BCSIS Sdn Bhd, to provide outsourced cheque processing services to banks in Malaysia and was made its General Manager in 2004. In 2006, he was reabsorbed into head office as Symphony’s Head of Group Business Development.
Khairul joined Tricubes at the tail end of 2006, initially as its Commercial and Marketing Manager before being promoted to his current position.
Amir Yusdi Mansor
Head of System Integration (SI) and Fulfillment
Amir has managed and participated in projects for both private and public sector organizations and possesses very strong background in ICT project management, consultancy, and systems infrastructure. He has over 12 years of working experience in various sectors and industries that include government enforcement agencies, financial and insurance, oil and gas, internet dotcom, as well as network and systems integration.
Prior to joining Tricubes Berhad, he had completed a consultancy engagement to plan and develop an IT Security Policy, Standard, Procedure and Guideline, which is part of the IT Strategic Plan for one of the main Government Agency with the intention to improve its service to the Malaysian Public. In another project, as a Managing Consultant, he was responsible to provide technology consultancy services for the IT strategic Plan Program Management Office for a leading Takaful Operator in Malaysia.
On the more technical side, he also has the experience in leading a network operation team to support oil and gas enterprise infrastructure. Amir began his career as a System Engineer in a local system integrator, Renong Infosoft Sdn. Bhd. He received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Computer Engineering) from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with Cum Laude distinction in the 1995.
Roshandass Rao
Head of Commercial Sales
Roshandass Rao is the Head of Commercial Sales and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration, Majoring in Finance from Western Michigan University.
He started his career as a financial analyst with a consulting firm specializing in restructuring companies during the 1998 financial downturn. Three years later, he joined a local MSC company as an Accounts Executive and worked his way to becoming the Finance Manager overseeing 3 separate companies and subsequently was with a outsourced call center for Allianz Insurance in 2003.
In 2004, Rao joined Tricubes; as an Account Manager where he currently oversees the commercial market for Tricubes. Ever since coming on board, he has successfully managed to secure approximately 75% of the banking sector in Malaysia with Tricubes offerings and have always managed to meet the commercial targets of Tricubes.
Yasodha Selvaratnam
Human Resource Manager
Yasodha joined Tricubes as the Head of the Human Resource Department early this year.
She oversees the strategic and operational focus of human resources, including the implementation of a balanced scorecard and performance management system, creating a renewed organization and building core human resource systems.
Her experience spans human resources, finance and research with Fortune 100 companies including Procter & Gamble and ING Barings.
Yasodha holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from University College London and a Masters in Business Administration from Imperial College London.
