Senior Accounts Executive


*POSITION SUMMARY:
  • You will be required to handle the full spectrum of Finance and Accounts including managing daily accounting duties, corporate finance, financial reporting and business modelling.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Handle full sets of group accounts, monthly financial accounts/statements and others
  2. Meeting all internal and external reporting deadlines, including audit, tax and third parties.
  3. Provide executive summary reports to senior management and other departments.
  4. Manage group cash flow planning
  5. Manage group receivables and payables
  6. Manage trade finance facilities - OD, LC, TR and BG
  7. Ensure financial and cost control within the group
  8. Ensure financial going concern of the group
  9. Liaise with bankers and financial institutions
  10. Liaise with customers and suppliers on receipts and payments
  11. Liaise with regulatory bodies - IRB, EPF, SOCSO and etc
  12. Negotiate with suppliers on payment restructuring

 


Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance or related discipline.
  • Candidate must be below 40 years old with three to five years’ experience in a similar capacity. Experience in operations preferred.
  • Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods.
  • Possess strong understanding of corporate accounting.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and technical knowhow including IT and numerical capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, commercial awareness, initiative and the ability to work as part of a team.
Travel:
  • 5%-10% of local travel required within designated office hours.

Software Engineer (.NET)


Reporting Structure: Head of Software Department
  • Develop applications for customers by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Participate in the design, development and deployment of existing and new products.
  • Builds, maintains and modifies the code for software applications.
  • Programming.
  • Constructs technical specifications from a business functional model.
  • Tests and writes technical documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2+ years experience in application development based on C#, ASP.NET, MVC.
  • Object oriented design and programming.
  • Experience in MS SQL server, Web Services, jQuery, JSON.
